SPRING ONION CHICKEN/NON-VEG RECIPES

WHAT YOU NEED

Chicken leg pieces-10
spring onion-2 large/big bunches
salt-to taste
chilli powder- 1tsp
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1 tsp
garam masala- 1/2tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
coconut powder-1 tsp
coriander leaves-few
oil-2 tsps
cumin seeds/jeera-1 tsp


HOW TO COOK

Cut the green part of spring onions and keep aside and grind white bulb parts using mixy jar..

heat oil in a pan ad fry cumin seeds ,white bulb parts onion paste,ginger garlic paste ,salt and coconut powder..

Mix all these and cook til light brown in colour and add turmeric,chilli powder,coriander powder and mix well..

Now add in washed and drained chicken  and cook for 10 minutes in med flame..

Add green part springs and cook til chicken soft and tender..

Finally,add coriander leaves and garam masala and mix well..

Serve hot with rice or rotis..
