Iam a heart dying lover of MANGO..I can survive a whole day only with Mango fruits...Here in foz people are not fond of Mangoes..Don`t now why??But surprisingly for each home you can see a big mango tree..When I roam in different areas I was shocked by seeing the lots and lots of mango trees every where and that too with bunches of so many manoges..I forced DH to ask some fruits those who are the owners of trees..Hmmm!! He never do those kind of silly jobs and I came back quitely to home..After few days, he brought some mangoes for me.That day was like a festival to me..Such a Lovely husband..Next day while cleaning cup board I got a custard powder packet then planned to use it with mango..So,Finally the result is like this..MANGO CUSTARD...
People who loves mangoes can go with this..It`s damn easy to make and tastes heavenly...This may goes like party dessert too...Mango custard Recipe can prepare in so many variations..I gone through this way.If any one of you know another kind of process please let me know.I can try that next time..In the final stage of recipe(before serving )you can add some whipping cream also...You can use canned mixed fruits too..And remember,use good quality custard powder..While making the custard mix you can add mango pulp in that also..Other wise you can add it in the end or just leave custard mix like that..Choice is yours.But,when you add mango pulp to custard mix while on the flame don`t cook for a long time...

WHAT YOU NEED
Mango chunks-1-2cups(I used 2 cups)
Fresh mango puree-1/2 cup
vanilla custard powder-2-3tsps
cinnamon powder-2 pinches
cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
cashews or pistachios-few toasted n chopped
HOW TO MAKE
Mix custard in 1/2 cup milk and stir well.blend mango puree with 1/2 cup of milk...Tp the mango chunks add cardamom powder and toss well..
Heat remaining 1 cup milk with sugar and when the milk starts boiling add custard mix......
Cook this for 3-5 minutes in med flame until it thickens...Stir well other wise it may forms lumps.So,careful...
When the custard is warm add in mango pulp and mix well.....It`s an option...You can layer the pulp separately also.I mixed up the pulp in custard mix..
now in the serving bowl/glass first put (some mango puree) then mango custard mix and top with mango chunks.....
Sprinkle a dash cinnamon powder and decorate with cashews..
