ALOO PANEER PARATHA/ POTATO RICOTTA CHEESE STUFFED PARATHA/INDIAN STUFFED PARATHA RECIPES/STEP BY STEP PICTURES

Coming to Recipe:
To use up the remaining potatoes I searched in fridge for pair and got  a paneer cube..I just mixed up those two and finally made these parathas..Potato and Paneer combination is like a romeo and juliet which sounds romantic..Even though Iam a hater of aloo,could n`t stopped my self  eating these parathas. Don`t know whether it was love on taste or the result of perfect rolled up parathas.More than the taste I felt proud after rolling the parathas..HEHEHE.I also tried aloo paneer gravy with onion n tomato base and it was good hit too.O.K..Now to the Recipe..

WHAT YOU NEED

Grated paneer-125 gms
boiled potatoes-1 med size
wheat flour- 2 cups
salt-- to taste
red chilli powder--to taste
garam masala--1/2 tsp
coriander powder--1/4 tsp
cumin seeds--1/2 tsp (optional)
ginger garlic paste--1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-2 pinches


HOW TO COOK

Take grated paneer in a bowl and add all spices to this...Mash/blend  potatoes and add to paneer..

Mix well together and make it like ball .Then divide into lemon size balls..

Combine wheat flour,salt,oil and use water and prepare a soft dough..

After 15 minutes divide into equal size balls.

Using maida roll a dough ball in medium size and place paneer aloo ball and bring the edges and close it..

Again using extra flour roll carefully and keep aside..Heat tawa and fry one by one with oil or ghee..

Serve hot with any raita or curd.
