EGG LESS,BUTTER LESS WHEAT FLOUR OATS TUTTI FRUTTI COOKIES/HEALTHY OATS COOKIES/OLIVE OIL OATS COOKIES/HEALTHY OATS COOKIES FOR KIDS



After wheat flour Oats takes place in my  baking..Nowadays MAHADEV asking for baked goodies specially chocolate touched...Last week  I baked EGGLESS,MILKLESS,BUTTELESS CHOCOLATE CAKE(recipe will be soon) for him and he took away to school and started asking for cookies..To use up the tutti frutti took them along with oats and using milk and oil baked them into cookies...That means,these EGG FREE cookies.Remember always!!!

whenever you bake Egg less cookies or milk based cookies refrigerate the dough for some time then bake for proper shape.(other wise cookie ball looses it`s  shape).Even here in this recipe I refrigerated this dough,but still you can see the cracks on the edges of cookies..Also,I added only single colour tutti fruittis..If,possible add  multiple colours for attractive look..BTW, I forgotten sharing,that these cookies are rejected by MAHADEV..he said, " O mom ... estes não são de chocolate..eu não quero eles..por favor." HEHEHE. He even tasted one at least.Stubborn boy(like mom)..But,I  recommend these cookies highly for you all."Because these Oats combined"...Try next time for your kids if they are not like my kiddo....

PREPARATION TIME-20 MNS
BAKING TIME=30 MNS OR MORE 10 MNS



WHAT YOU NEED


Oats-1 cup (any brand)

wheat flour-1/2 cup
tutti frutti-1 cup
brown sugar-1/2 cup
vanilla essence-1 tsp
baking powder - 2 tsps
baking soda-1/2 tsp
olive oil-1/4 cup
milk- as needed to make dough


HOW TO BAKE


Mix flour,oats,baking soda,powder in a bowl..


To the oil+ vanilla add sugar and mix til dilutes..Now pour this into flour mix...


Throw tutti frutti and combine every thing..


Now using table spoon add milk slowly until you make it like dough..


Be careful while adding don`t be hurry..Once it forms like dough put the dough in bowl and refrigerate for 15-20 mns..


Then remove out and line a butter paper in tray and start shaping the dough in to medium round size balls..


Arrange them on tray and press on top little bit. Preheat oven at 180 degree C.


Enter the tray into oven and bake them until turns light brown colour on top and hard..


Once done turn off and let them cool for some times..


Serve delicious cookies with some milk of tea.




MAHAS NOTES


Oats quality is different in each brand and I used rolled oats..


You can use white sugar and also can decrease the quantity little bit.


Also can use all purpose flour in the place wheat flour.(If the dough looks too wet after adding oil add some more tbsps)


I recommend to add powdered sugar(white or brown)


I over baked them for 8 more minutes and they crispy and hard..


Be careful while adding milk..and don`t forget to refrigerate the dough mix..
