HOME MADE EGG LESS CHOCOLATE COFFEE ICE CREAM/ICE CREAMS RECIPES WITHOUT ICE CREAM MAKER /Mahas OWN RECIPES

Home made Ice creams are easy to make and  I try mostly egg less..This time I combined chocolate and coffee...It`s egg free and very chocolaty with some coffee flavour. Try next time If you are Ice cream lover....The three Important points to remember while making home made ice creams are-Always use good quality of whipping cream an beat it well..To avoid ice crystals on top blend several times until soft with minimum one hour gap...Never refreeze HOME MADE Ice cream once after used or when it melts completely..Well,home made ice creams don`t have a long time validity and better to empty the box once it opened.One more point to follow is always freeze with a lid..

FREEZING TIME- 2-3 HRS


WHAT YOU NEED

Whipped cream-200 gms
condensed milk-150 gms
vanilla-1 tsp
full cream milk-1 cup
chocolate-100gms
coffee powder-2 tbsps (I used nescafe)


HOW TO MAKE

Whip cream in high peaks and add condensed milk and vanilla......

Boil half cup milk and add coffee..keep this aside..To the remaining raw milk add chocolate and cook til chocolate melts.(in double boiler method).Stir in between to make it fast..

Now leave those two for some time to reach room temperature..

Then combine and  add in whipped cream. mix well...Or run this mixture in jar for 1 minute..

Then freeze it for 1 hr then remove and blend it using mixy jar..Do the same process again after 1 hr.Totally 3 times.

Serve chilled ice cream with topping of chocolate syrup.
