INDIAN MINT LEMON COLD TEA/SUMMER DRINKS/HEALTHY DRINKS/MINT TEA POWDER DRINK


It`s hot here.We are not big tea lovers and even I stopped buying Tea powder..but after checking out this recipe in a very old news paper tempted to taste it..and next day I tried this..Mint Tea is very refreshing one and also helps in weight loss.But just now after searching in google  what I came to know is,more than this pepper mint tea works out well to weight loss.Whatever it is,these kind of drinks helps in digestion also  n makes us to feel cool..Just try once next time with your choice of measurements...

WHAT YOU NEED

Tea powder-1 tsp
mint leaves-10 big
sugar-2 tsp
water-1 glass
lemon peel-1 piece
lemon juice-1 tsp
ice cubes-few


HOW TO MAKE

Boil water first.

In a vessel add in tea powder, mint leaves,sugar,lemon peel and  boiled water and boil it  for 5 more minutes..

Strain this n let it cool.(you can refrigerate for some time)..Then add in lemon juice n ice cubes and serve chilled.....
