In my MANGO FLAN I told about preparing CARAMEL SYRUP..Please check there first for the method and instructions...Coming to this recipe,Because of using small tin for mango flan remained some caramel syrup and with that I tried this COCONUT FLAN AND ALSO coffee flan.The most unbelievable point is these are my own.YES.absolutely my own idea of adding ingredients and measurements..I was very confident while doing this coconut and coffee flans and surprisingly they came out fantastic..I said that mango flan was little bit liquid consistency,but these are came out perfectly and tasted highly pleasant..When I took out this flan from oven it was just mouth watering and kitchen filled with coconut flavour and each spoon was so creamy......Finally,what I want to say is FLAN Is one of the best classic dessert which  is easy to bake and tastes heavenly...

I know it`s friday...But Iam not feeling well to do guest post and we couple knocking head to plan India trip..Every time it was delaying and DH is worried about kids who are very attached to him..Along with all these my back pain is irritating me much more..So,I decided to restart my guest posts from next year i.e., after returning from India..Hope,You people understood and cooperate with me...Thank you!!!

PREPARATION TIME-20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 30-40 MINUTES


WHAT YOU NEED

Coconut milk-3/4 cup
egg-1
desiccate coconut powder-1/2 cup
condensed milk- 1/3 cup

CARAMEL SYRUP-depended on your cake tin



HOW TO COOK

Except caramel blend all the four INGS using  mixy jar for once and keep aside.

Pour caramel syrup in the oven safe glass bowl and and fill the top with blend mixture.

Keep this bowl in other big tin (which filled with water) and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degree C..

Check out with knife carefully and turn off flame If it comes out very clean.....



MAHAS NOTES

This time I used glass bowl..So,filled caramel as much possible in the glass bowl bottom..

More than cake tins glass bowls gives best result and applying some butter or oil to the sides helps you to remove flan after baking...

Measurements of ingredients are given exactly how I used and it was sweet coconut powder..

If you are sweet tooth add 1 -2 tbsp more condensed milk...

But caramel balance the taste and I bet you won`t fail.
