CRUNCHY OATS CHOCOLATE COOKIES/EASY CHRISTMAS BAKING RECIPES/AVEIA BOLACHAS DE CHOCOLATE/BISCOITOS DE AVEIA E CHOCOLATE/ STEP BY STEP PICTURES/MAHAS OWN RECIPES


I planned to post this yesterday but,some how missed it..I have some more recipes in draft which are related to christamas..Soon will post all..Oats are in my baking list always,and it took place in cookies mostly....I use oven in multi purpose way..that means,instead of baking single cake or bread I plan to bake 2-3 recipes at a time..
With CHOCOLATE BANANA CAKE (last post) I baked these cookies in my own Idea and they came out pretty good....I can`t say that these are very healthy,but adding oats is at least single point to accept this cookies..When I decided to bake some cookies,I was not too patience to think madly and just implemented the top most basic ingredients in this recipe...Baking cookies is very easy when you compare with cakes...If you balance the wet ingredients quantities you can bake any kind of cookies.Three days back I experimented HORLICKS COOKIES/EGG FREE on my own Idea and they came out fabulous.I took pictures and editing part is remained.Soon, will post the recipe too..Coming to this recipe, bake this cookies(If you are health conscious)but just try once.I bet,you can`t stop with 2 or 3,and you`ll bake again...

CATEGORY-BAKING/OATS/COOKIES
PREPARATION TIME- 20+ 30 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 40 MINUTES


WHAT YOU NEED

All purpose flour/maida- 1 1/2 cup

oats powder/oats flour-2 cups
melted butter -3/4 cup(not salted)
eggs-2 
baking soda-1/2 tsp
salt-1/2 tsp
white sugar-1 cup
chocolate finely chopped-2 cups


HOW TO BAKE
OOPS//I WROTE BAKING POWDER.NO ITS SODA ACTUALLY ;)


HOW TO BAKE
Melt butter and mix sugar...Take a big mixing bowl and add in flour,ground oats powder,baking soda,salt and mix well...

Break eggs in butter sugar mix and stir with spoon and pour this in flour mix..Mix every thing with spatula with some force....

Add in chopped chocolate and again mix with hand,that is using your fingers...;)

Line a parchment paper in baking tray and appy some oil to it with brush..

Use ice cream scooper to shape cookies in round shaped and place them on tray...

Once when you complete,keep this tray in refrigerator for 30 minutes exactly and remove out.

Preheat oven at 200 C..After 5 minutes place tray in oven and bake for 20 minutes..or until they turns hard .

You can bake for five minutes more and turn off...After few minutes take out tray and shift cookies on a wire rack or paper..

Serve with milk..Absolutely delicious and tastes heaven..



MAHAS NOTES
The measurements are given perfectly..Oats brand are may different in each country and think well before going to use..
Normally I don`t care about brands and what ever the brands I bought almost,I used all of them in baking..
because of butter parchment paper may turns completely oily/wet while baking,So,don`t panic..
Also,because of soda cookies may swell ;))..don`t get tense..
Chocolate chips also acceptable...But i went with swiss chocolate (may be 150 grams/finely chopped)which is resting in fridge..;)
Mixture of cookies may looks like crumble in the above collage..But,It was fine to shape and because of using cookie beater it`s looking crumble..
DON`T FORGET REFRIGERATING THE DOUGH (NOT FREEZING).INDICATING YOU.. 


FIRST TIME I TASTED COOKIES WITH MILK AND IT`S REALLY SOME THING DELECTABLE...


DON`T SEARCH FOR MILK HERE IN THIS GLASS.:)
