INDIAN CHICKEN HEART FRY/SPICY BELL PEPPER CHICKEN LIVER FRY/INDIAN CHICKEN RECIPES/SOUTH INDIAN NON VEG RECIPES/STEP BY STEP PICTURES


After  posting lots of sugar stuffed recipes eyes forcing to see some hot and spicy foods in Mahaslovelyhome.While checking out draft attracted to this recipe and it`s a schedule post..We couple are not huge lovers of chicken liver but I love chicken..This the first time I cooked C.liver in home with basic ingredients according to my taste..
Soya sauce and cream are specific ingredients which I used and I feel these two gives more rich taste to dish..If you love chicken hearts or If you are pure non vegetarian try once..This goes well as appetizer and also tastes delicious with hot rotis...Non veg dishes tastes best when you add whole spices and little bit more red chili powder....Try MAHAS version when you get chance by following this,sure you`ll love it..

WHAT YOU NEED

Chicken hearts-200 grams
onion-1 medium size
capsicum-3 small
whipping cream-3/4 cup
water-3 tbsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
salt-to taste
red chili powder-1 tsp
turmeric powder-1 tsp
cumin powder-1 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
soya sauce-2 tsp

TO TEMPER

OIL-2 tbsp
black cumin-1 tsp
dry red chili-2
cloves-3
cardamoms crushed -2
hing-2 pinches
cinnamon stick-1 inch
curry leaves- 1 sprig

EASY TO DO WITH PICS


HOW TO COOK

Heat oil in pan and add all ingredients one by one which wrote under TO TEMPER..Fry them well..


Add in finely chopped onion and capsicum with enough salt and saute them til soft and light brown...


Add spices now..chili powder,cumin+coriander powders,GGP and mix well..

Add water now close with lid and let it cook for 3 minutes in high flame..

Now throw in washed chicken hearts and mix well..Cook for 5 minutes in high flame..

Add soya sauce now and mix once again and again cook for few minutes in medium flame until hearts turns soft.If need add some water..

last before 5 minutes add in cream and cook for 5 minutes in low flame and throw some cilantro leaves and turn off flame.
