YELLOW BUTTER CAKE (BUT NO BUTTER IN CAKE) WITH PURE CHOCOLATE FROSTING (BUTTER FREE CAKE AND FROSTING)EASY PARTY CAKES/OLIVE OIL USING CAKES


Yellow butter cake is a very simple cake which goes well as a party cake with full of chocolate frosting...This cake is soft and moist and looks yellow in colour because of using only egg yolks..But,here I added whole eggs and still it came out good...
This cake also called as one bowl recipe means you add ingredients one by one in a bowl and giving a good mix..I browsed few places in web and finally gave a break here..You can find this recipe in JOB too..But,It was with large amount ingredients....Coming to the frosting part,I did n`t added any butter and just melted some bitter chocolate with milk and kept in fridge for half an hour and it was little bit thick in consistency..After slicing the cake used chocolate to frost it....Also,I used oil in cake butter instead of butter...Try this cake If you like..Frosting part is really fun and gives a rich taste to cake..

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 30-35 MINUTES



WHAT YOU NEED

All purpose flour/Maida- 2 1/2 cups
sugar-1 1/2 cup
baking powder- 2 tsp
salt-1/2 tsp
olive oil- 1/2 cup
milk-1 1/4 cup
eggs-3 
vanilla essence-1 tsp

PURE CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Bitter chocolate-250 grams
milk-2 tbsp (1 more tbsp you can use)


HOW TO BAKE

Pre heat oven at 200 C...Line a wax paper in round shaped tin and spread butter on it.also on sides..


Take a bowl and start mixing ingredients one by one..Milk+oil+vanilla+eggs+sugar and beat for once..


Then add in flour,baking powder and salt..Stir well until flour mix combines well and pout this into prepared tin..


Bake for 30-35 minutes and check out with knife or tooth pick..


Then turn off and flip cake carefully on  a wire rack after 10 minutes..


Mean while break some bitter chocolate in a bowl add 1-2 tbsp milk to it and in double boiler method melt it..


When the chocolate melts completely turn off and after 5-8 minutes refrigerate this bowl for 15 minutes at least..


Once the cake cools,slice it into two parts and keep them on plates..


Take out melted chocolate and frost on top of cake slice and place another slice on top of this..


Now,carefully frost the chocolate to cake in all sides using spatula cake spatula...


Once if you complete,refrigerate cake for 1 hour at least then slice..

Replace oil with butter for rich taste..

If frosting looks too thin freeze it for 10-15 minutes at least..

Slicing cake is Important,otherwise you can`t frost it well..So,apply butter well to cake tin and dust some flour too..

You can use two round shaped tins and divide batter into two tins..It`s easy to take out and frost..

Refrigerating the cake after frosting is Important to make frost dry..
