CANNED SLICED MUSHROOMS BOILED EGG CURRY WITH CREAM/MUSHROOM RECIPES/CURRIES IN 30 MINUTES/COGUMELOS OVO CURRY/EASY,HEALTHY INDIAN CURRY RECIPES/Mahas OWN RECIPES


Mushrooms are healthy and light in calories too..Though I can buy fresh mushrooms here,I prefer canned mushrooms always.Often uses to make pizza,in rice recipes and in gravies too..This time I tried a curry by adding some boiled eggs..but it`s an optional so,you can skip eggs too..
The method of the recipe,I mean ingredients of the recipe may sounds different or un usual but the final result will be awesome...Instead of same regular curries this version is so good to try...More than rice this dish tastes good with rotis,pulkas...Try it and serve hot..

WHAT YOU NEED

Canned /sliced mushrooms- 2 cups

onion-2 medium chopped finely
tomato-1 big chop finely
boiled eggs-3-4
red chili powder-1 tsp
salt- to taste
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp
coriander/dhaniya powder-1 tsp
cumin powder-1 tsp
soya sauce-1 tsp
chili sauce-1 tsp
cream -1/4 cup
water-1/3 cup
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
kasuri methi-1 tbsp
cilantro/coriander leaves chopped-3-4 tbsp

TO TEMPER


oil- 2 tbsp

fennel seeds/sompu-1 tsp
black cumin-1 tsp
black custard powder-1 tsp
hing-1/8 tsp
dry red chili-3-4



HOW TO COOK

Heat pan with oil and saute all ingredients which wrote under "TO TEMPER"..Then fry onions with salt and add tomatoes after 2-3 minutes.


Cook til mushy and add canned (drain from water) mushrooms..Mix once.


After a minutes add red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder,garam masala,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste,kasuri methi,cumin powder,soya sauce,chili sauce and mix well.Cook for 5 mins in low flame.


Then add cream+water.Mix and cook for for 5 mins in low flame.Finally drop boiled eggs and stir well.


Throw some,fresh chopped cilantro leaves and turn off.


Serve hot with rice or rotis.
