BREAD COCONUT PUDDING/EGG FREE EASY PUDDING/BREAD HONEY PUDDING/SUGAR FREE DESSERTS/MAHAS OWN RECIPES/PUDIM DE COCO PÃO


This is a simple and tasty pudding which is baked version..Here I used bread and for a combination used coconut too...To use left over bread or white you can try this dessert...


CATEGORY-LEFT OVER BREAD RECIPES/EASY DESSERTS
PREPARATION TIME- 10  MINUTES
BAKING TIME- 30-40 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED

Bread slices white-4

coconut powder store bought- 3 tbsp
honey-1/4 cup (as per your taste)
milk-3/ 4-1 cup
raisins/sultanas-fist ful
caramel-as need per bowl (I used 2 tbsp)


HOW TO COOK

In a bowl cut bread slices into small size pieces and and other ingredients except caramel.

Take a glass bowl and add caramel in it as needed and place this bread mix on top..

Now fill water in big cake tine or oven proof glass bowl and place this bread mix bowl.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degree C.check with knife.If done turn off,other wise bake for 5-8 minutes and check once again,
