These are the lemon cup cakes with cardamom flavor..Also, it`s an egg less version and you can replace normal milk with almond or soya milk to make it complete vegan...On my own Idea I added some fresh cardamom powder and after baking cup cakes was smelled with both aromatic flavors..But,It`s an optional and you can omit it if you don`t like cardamom smell..It`s your choice.Try these lemon cup cakes next time and enjoy...
All purpose flour/maida-1 1/2 cup
lemon juice-1/4 cup
lemon zest-2 tsps
cardamom powder-2 tsps
baking powder-1/2 tsp
baking soda-1/2 tsp
olive oil-1/3 cup
How to bake:
Mix oil,milk,lemon juice and sugar...stir well..
In another bowl take flour,soda baking powder and mix well..
Combine both wet and dry ingredients..
Now to this add lemon zest and cardamom powder..Stir well once again.
preheat oven at 180 degree C.Line cup cakes papers and arrange in tray..
Pour batter up to 1/2 and after 10 minutes place tray in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at least.
Check after 25 minutes and make sure that they baked well or not..If done turn off and wait fr few more minutes to taste them.
serve cup cakes when they are warm...
