Is there any one who hates straw berry or cup cakes???.... If so, raise your hands..I want to see them..Definitely, nobody are there.May be a very few men who looks soft but hates berries,like my husband...Hehehehe. But,I love this cute and bright berries very much..More than the using in baking I love to eat in fresh form..But,this time tried some cup cakes without egg..These cup cakes are very easy to make and tastes delicious when you serve warm.
PREPARATION TIME- 20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 20-25 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
wheat flour-2/3 cup
baking powder-1 tsp
baking soda-1 tsp
chopped fresh straw berries-2/3 cup
sugar sprinkles/balls- few- to spread on top(but it`s an opt)
HOW TO COOK
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. line a cupcake tine with 12 paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, soda, and salt.
In a food processor, puree together strawberries, milk,sugar, oil.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Use an ice cream scooper to evenly distribute the cupcake batter through out the line cupcake tin.
Bake for 20 minutes. When a toothpick can be inserted into the center of a cupcake and removed with few to no crumbs, they are done.
