Today`s post is simple but very helpful..I don`t cook often soya in home,but know the values of soya..While going to prepare soya chunks gravy I thought to take these clicks which can share with you all along with some useful points..Here a small Information about soya chunks..

Soya also called as meal maker or soya nuggets..Soya proteins are rich in vitamin-B,omega-3 fatty acids and soya contain 533 milligrams of calcium and 21.2 grams of iron.Soya contain 54.2 grams of protein,which exceeds the amount of protein found in meats,eggs,milk,wheat.Also,soya contains all the amino acids needed by body. Soya is an excellent replacement for meat-based proteins. soya chunks can be beneficial to the growth of strong bones and teeth in children.You can use soya flour or soy oil in your daily cooking which is very healthy.these nuggets are taste less but in gravies and rice recipes goes well and you can enjoy with rotis and raits.

EASY TO DO WITH PICS:

Boil water in a big wide bowl

Take right amount of soya chunks in a colander


When water starts boiling add soya

Let it boil for 8-10 mins in med flame

You can see the soft cooked soya

Cooked perfectly



Drain in colander

Now your soya is ready to cook
