HOW TO COOK

Defrost chicken(If you are using) and wash twice with clean water.

Take a bog bowl/besan and start adding ingredients one by one. From red chili powder to lemon juice.

To this add washed chicken pieces and mix well.

To this add whole spice powder and mix once.Keep it in rest for over night or at least 5 hrs.

Now take a oven proof glass bowl and place aluminum foil in it.

Arrange chicken thigh pieces well and pour remaining marinated juice on top.

Turn on gas at 200 degree C and after 5 mins place this chicken bowl and cook for 15 mins first.

Then remove and flip chicken pieces and bake for 15 more mins.

Check it after 15 minutes by inserting  fork into chicken. If it`s done turn off, other wise bake for 10 mins more.

Once done serve hot with onion slices and lemon wedge.

MAHAS NOTES

Adding egg is my own idea which I liked allot..Its helps to combine the spices to chicken.

Over night marination is important for best taste.

Remove skin If you don`t like.

Instead of grinding fresh masala powder you can use chicken masala.

I usually bakes for 30-35 minutes.according to your taste add chili powder and it tastes good when you serve hot only..
