Black eyed peas curry/Curry de feijão-frade/Vegetarian curries for rotis/Health benefits of cow peas/Indian spicy veg gravies/Lobia Masala/Step by step pictures

More than the blog, nowadays Iam very much interested on reducing weight and my daily walking took first place...So,it kicked my blog to second position.I think women need more than 24 hours, but how it`s possible?

Coming to the recipe, brasilians love beans.Specially, black beans which are highly loaded with Iron...They prepare soup with black beans which is called Sopa feijão preto. Almost in each and every restaurant you can find this fresh hot soup in a big pot along with rice..ya.they eat rice, but it is cooked with oil and salt..On hubby force I purchased a packet, but my lazy ness made me to keep it safely..poor hubby...O.K...what iam trying to say is,after black beans black eyed peas are one more popular food here in this place which we indians also use often..But,as an indian instead of trying soups I prefer curries, rice and gravies. In the same way this time i tried this gravy with onion and tomato base which well goes with rotis/pulkas.This time I used store bought tomato puree bottle and it was good in taste too.you can use fresh tomatoes and it`s your choice. Now,to the recipe....

HEALTH BENEFITS OF BLACK EYED PEAS
