Black eyed peas mint Rice/Left over rice Recipes/Easy and Healthy Indian Rice Recipes/Lunch box recipes/No onion and tomato rice recipes/Step by step pictures

Hi..Every one..Here Iam with a new recipe on the first day of this week...Even though I have pictures in folder my personal issues are not encouraging me to work on it..But,still Iam trying hard to do some thing for blog which gives me a refreshing feeling and happiness..Hope we couple may solve all the problems soon..Praying god for full of strength and positive mind which is reducing day by day..

Now,coming to the recipe,it is a rice recipe which is combined with mint leaves and black eyed peas.I love one pot meals and I prefer these kind of rice varieties with left over rice instead of eating with curries. With pressure cooked black eyed peas I prepared dal which I shared in last post and with the remaining peas I cooked this rice which is very tasty and delicious. You no need to onion and tomato to this..Also,It`s a spice less and no need chili powder too.Ginger garlic paste is the common ingredient which I use in my daily cooking,I like the smell and flavor of both ginger and garlic..So,what is yours???!!!
Kids sure enjoy this If you serve with some ghee.Other wise adults can enjoy with any side dish or just with yogurt..Try this next time and share your results here...
