How to freeze avocado pulp at home/home made avocado puree freezing/avocado nutritional health benefits/step by step pictures/Home made basics

Every time after buying raw avocados I keep them outside instead of storing in fridge..Magically they ripens fastly and when I try to remove pulp every time gets a musty pulp.Means no smell and not fresh...So,I decided to choose a useful method to use this handy, costly avocados pulp in any way..One fine day took I-pad,sat on net and started browsing.
Mostly I prefers youtube for searching,so jumped there for videos about freezing avocado pulp.Actually this thought came into my mind after started freezing vegetables...I was tired to ask DH again n again about regular shopping of food products and started freezing my own vegetables in home happily..In the same way I went with avocados too..After watching few videos in Utube,I got confidence and followed the process.luckily,we can store this avocado pulp around 4 months, but I suggest to use within 1-2 months most probably.I use this home made avocado frozen pulp in milk shakes, smoothies, juices and for rotis too.You all know, that avocados are high in price little bit, when compared with other fruits. Also,it`s very aching to throw decayed fruits..So,this is the very good option to proceed which takes very less time and gives a fine result...Try it next time, when you get some ripen avocados and enjoy frozen avocado pulp at any time when you want!!!!

ABOUT AVOCADOS ORIGIN:
The avocado originated in Puebla, Mexico and its earliest use dates back to 10,000 years B.C. Since AD 900, the avocado tree has been cultivated and grown in Central and South America. In the 19th century, the avocado made its entry into California, and has since become a very successful commercial crop. Ninety-five percent (95%) of U.S. avocados are gown in Southern California.
The avocado, also called the alligator pear, is a high-fiber, sodium- and cholesterol-free food that provides nearly 20 essential nutrients, including fiber, is rich in healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (such as omega-3 fatty acids), vitamins A, C, D, E, K and the B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B-6, vitamin B-12 and folate) — as well as potassium.

AVOCADO HEALTH BENEFITS:

1. Avocados contain the 18 amino acids required to form complete protein that is used more efficiently by the body than are proteins found in meat.

2. Avocados contain more natural fiber than any other fruit, and this high fiber content aids in digestion and total body absorption of nutrients.

3. Healthy fats found in avocados raise “good” cholesterol (HDL) while lowering “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides by 20%.

4. Avocados contain 35% more potassium than a banana does. Potassium is important because it regulates blood pressure.

5. Avocados provide the lutein necessary to protect you from age-related eye degeneration.

6. The anti-inflammatory properties of avocados prevent and/or treat rheumatoid arthritis.

7. Sufficient amounts of oleic acid improve your cardiovascular system and protect against prostate and breast cancer.

8. Vitamin B6 and folic acid control homocysteine levels – high quantities of homocysteine are linked to an increased risk of death from heart disease.

9. Glutathione boosts your body’s immune system and keeps your nervous system healthy.

HOW TO PREPARE

Check twice the fruit that it is ripe or not before going to start the process..

To know that look under the stem part of the fruit. If it is green in color, fruit is ripe to chop.If it is dark brown in color, means fruit is bad and decomposed.

Then peel skin and chop fruit and take in blender..You no need any water or milk...Just blend once til it turns silky smoothy.

Then turn off and take this into box or zip lock bag..Freeze in next second.

Use whenever you need, but keep it in room temperature for some time before using.

EASY TO WITH STEP WISE PICTURES

MAHAS NOTES

Never press or squeeze the fruit using finger tips.It may cause bruising..Just squeeze gently in the palm of your hand for testing.

It`s better to use a box for freezing, but i went with freezing bag and it`s difficult to find zip lock bags in foz.

I suggest Box,for freezing..because,it`s easy to take out the pulp with spoon whenever you want.

You can use this pulp for drinks,as a spread, sauce, ice cream and salad etc.

But before going to use for any recipe, unfreeze it for some time and then use.
