Peach apple banana milk shake/step by step pictures/Mahas own recipes

HOW TO MAKE

Blend every thing well and serve chilled with some ice cubes..

WHAT YOU NEED

firmed Tofu-1/2 cube
onion-1 big
tomato-1 big
capsicum/green bell pepper-1 
red chili powder
salt
turmeric powder
garam masala-1 tsp
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1 tsp
Oil-1 tbsp
cumin-1 tsp
cardamom-1
bay leaf-1 small


HOW TO COOK

Press tofu gently to remove excess of water.chop onion,tomato,bell pepper.

Heat a big pan or vessel with oil and saute ingredients which given below oil..

Saute onions and add capsicum with little bit of salt.Saute til soft and add tomato..Then throw spice powders and tofu pieces.

Mix carefully and add water little bit..cook in low flame by closing with lid for 5-8 minutes..

Finally add garam masala and fold every thing well.

Serve hot with rtis or pulkas.

HI..Today Iam sharing a tasty yet simple rice recipe which is a combination of tomato and mint..It is a very comfortable pne pot meals which can pack even in lunch box..angelI prepared this tomato rice with left over rice.But,you can try with fresh rice too.it is,so simple and tasty too.try it and let me know friends...xpasti

Ingredients

cooked rice-2cups
onion-1 
ripen tomatoes-3
mint leaves fresh-handful
red chili powder-to taste
ginger garlic paste(GGP)-1tsp
salt-to taste
curry leaves-1sprig
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
cumin-1 tsp
garam masala powder-1tsp(or)biryani masala powder(i used)
coriander leaves-to garnish(optional)
oil-2 tbsps

Preparation

1.take left over rice or fresh cooked rice in a plate let it sit aside.chop tomatoes.

2.heat a skillet add oil,cumin,GGP,curry leaves,onions and saute til soft.now add tomatoes,salt,chili powder,turmeric and mix together.close with a lid.

3.after the tomatoes cooked add biryani masala powder and mix it. let it cook for 2 more mints.

4.now add mint leaves and fold it well.then add rice mix well.garnish with coriander leaves if you like.

5.your simple n tasty tomato rice is ready.serve hot with any raita...

Beet root raita/quick and easy raita recipes/Beet root perugu pachadi/Step by step pictures


WHAT YOU NEED

Grated or coarsely ground-1 beet root small
thick fresh curd/yogurt-2 cups
salt

Oil-1 tbsp
mustard seeds-1 tsp
cumin-1 tsp
urad dal-1 tsp
red chili-2-3
hing/asafoetida-2-3 pinches


HOW TO COOK

grind beet root coarsely or grate it..Heat a pan with oil and saute all ingredients which given under oil and add beet root.

Cook for 5 minutes in medium flame and turn off.let it cool.Add salt in curd..Then add Beets mix...

Blend every thing well and serve hot with rotis,rice or parathas.




Tasty grape juice/Home made fresh black grapes juice/step by step pictures

WHAT YOU NEED

Grapes-1/4 kg
sugar-1/4 cup
ice cubes-few
salt-1/2 tsp

HOW TO COOK

wash and blend grapes finely..Strain the juice..

Then add sugar and salt in the remaining juice.add some ice cubes and serve chilled.

Chana korma is a comfort dish to enjoy with  roti and pulkas.It is a simple gravy with coconut base..Because of adding coconut it gives a nice aroma to the dish and turns like a gravy.The ingredients which I added to grind along with coconut gives nice flavor to the korma.
