Chocolate Mousse/perfect chocolate mousse/How to make chocolate mousse with cream/chocolate chips recipes/step wise pictures


It is a delicious chocolate mousse which is folded with egg and cream..Here  I used dark chocolate chips to make mousse,but you can use dark chocolate bar instead of chips.. I used creme de leite which is available frequently in foz super markets.It is a 20% fat milk cream..But if possible use full cream milk whipping cream for rich taste..You must beat cream until fluffy and also you should separate egg white and yolk first and then beat finely.It is tastes best best after refrigerating for few hours..If you have any parties or birthday functions prepare this easy and tasty dessert which kids loves allot.now please check the recipe and try it..

WHAT YOU NEED

chocolate chips-1 cup
butter-1-2 tbsp
milk-1-2 tbsp
fresh egg-1 big
whipping cream or milk cream-200 grams (1 cup)
tutti frutti- few fro garnish
color sweet sprinkles-few
grated chocolate-1 tbsp for garnish



HOW TO COOK

take cream in bowl and whip it until fluffy with beater..

take chocolate chips in a bowl.add butter+milk and mix..Now heat a pan with water and on top put the chocolate chips bowl and let it melt..

Mix in between until chocolate chips melts completely.Then turn off and keep aside.

Break egg and take yolk in a bowl and white in another bowl..First,beat egg white til foamy and then egg yolk till light..

Now first add egg yolk to melted chocolate and mix it..Put it on flame( on pan which you you used to boil before)

To mix egg yolk in melted chocolate you need to cook on stove in double boiler method for 1 minute exactly, in medium flame.

Then remove from heat and add egg white.Mix carefully..finally add in cream and and fold every thing finely..

Shift into glass bowls and refrigerate over night or at least for 1 hour...Before serving top with tutti frutti,chocolate sprinkles or grated chocolate...Serve with smile.








MAHAS NOTES

In the final step you can chopped walnuts or almonds in mousse and refrigerate it.

resting mousse for over night give a best taste.I followed it too.
