Kadai Tofu/Easy tofu bell pepper curry/Vegan fry dishes for chapathis n pulkas/step by step pictures

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 30 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED

firmed Tofu-1/2 cube
onion-1 big
tomato-1 big
capsicum/green bell pepper-1 
red chili powder
salt
turmeric powder
garam masala-1 tsp
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1 tsp
Oil-1 tbsp
cumin-1 tsp
cardamom-1
bay leaf-1 small


HOW TO COOK

Press tofu gently to remove excess of water.chop onion,tomato,bell pepper.

Heat a big pan or vessel with oil and saute ingredients which given below oil..

Saute onions and add capsicum with little bit of salt.Saute til soft and add tomato..Then throw spice powders and tofu pieces.

Mix carefully and add water little bit..cook in low flame by closing with lid for 5-8 minutes..

Finally add garam masala and fold every thing well.

Serve hot with rtis or pulkas.
