Simple and easy carrot raita/gajar ka raita/carrot thayir pachadi/Spiced carrot raita for biriyanis and pulav recipes/curd raita recipes

Coming to the recipe- this is carrot raita.it is very simple to make and tastes yummyxpasti Sauteing carrot in oil is optional,but here I added raw carrot directly into curd and most of the People uses thick curd/yogurt to make raitas.But, I usually adds water to make it thin and carrot raita is one of the often recipe which I prepares in kitchen..Curry leaves also important in the temper in raitas,but I don`t have in my hand..Actually I forgotten bringing them from india.So,if you have please add them.Also,It`s difficult to find green color fresh chilis in foz,Only I have red color ones in vegetable markets,even in super markets..This kind of raits perfectly matches with biryani and pulav recipes..Try to make this kind of healthy recipes more in your kitchen fro a good health..here the recipes goes.....


Ingredients

grated carrot-1/2 cup
curd-1 cup
water- 1/2 cup
salt-to taste

TO TEMPER

mustard-1/2 tsp
cumin-1/2 tsp
green  chili-3
urad dal-1 tsp
oil-1 tbsp
curry leaves-few

Preparation

1.add grated carrot and salt to curd.
2.in a kadai add oil and put the all ingredients one by one which mentioned under "To temper"
 Saute well and add this to curd...
