Iam back with one more easy recipe to share with you all today.I already posted mango lassi recipe in the morning.Within 12 hours again with another one..Yes..I stopped thinking about comments,page views which really gives a seviour headache..After serious thinking,I came to know the purpose of my blog,reason of sharing recipes with you all.What I decided is,when I can cook& click 4-5 recipes in a day,sure can share more than 2 recipes in the same day.In the initial days of blogging every blogger concentrates on page views and comments if they are serious about their passion.In the same way I too struggled and faced mental stress.But,now decided to share my recipes regularly to reach you all as much as possible.After sharing every post sure I leave maximum comments in co-blogs too,also hoping the same job from my co-bloggers..I can understood that it`s not an easy task to write comments regularly,but can do if decides with strong decision. Am I right??!!

Coming to the recipe,it is a simple,common,popular raita in india where you can see in every home almost..cucumber is the one of the lowest calorie vegetable which god gifted.For those who wants loose weight can eat this watery slices happily.Almost 4-5 days in a week I simply chops 2-3 cucumbers in round slices and serves with lunch..A long time back I shared this raita recipe in my blog.But,on step wise pictures purpose, re posting it again.I think no need to give a lengthy,routine summary to this simple recipe.Even though you all know the  preparation of this raita,please check out my post too and try next time.enjoy.


Ingredients

cucumber(keera)-2 big grated
pepper powder- 1/2-1 tsp
green chilli-1 minced(optional)
salt-to taste
chat masala-1tsp(must)
cilantro-to garnish
curd-2cups
hing/asafoetida/inguva powder-1/4 tsp
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
water-1/2 cup (Optional)
cilantro leaves-1/2 cup finely chopped (must)


Preparation

1.peel and grate the cucumber.finely chop the chilli.
2.mix all the Ings one by one -curd,water,pepper powder,chopped chilis,cumin powder,salt,hing,chat masala.
3.mix it well.add cilantro and serve chilled with biryanis,pulavs or parathas.
4.you can take it directly also as your wish.

CURD/YOGURT

ADD ALL THESE INGREDIENTS TO CURD-CUMIN+PEPPER POWDERS,SALT+HING+CUCUMBER GRATED


MAHAS NOTES

Cumin +pepper powders gives a nice taste.Don`t skip.
 I adds water to curd normally,but you can use thick curd if you want.
Wash well and grate,instead of peeling if you want.I do the same.
                     cilantro leaves in raita`s is must.Never do raitas without cilantro leaves..
