spread the cooked hot rice in plate and keep aside...
chop onions,tomatoes,paneer and chili.....
now turn heat heat and place pan. in that  thick bottomed vessel add oil, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf,,saute for 30 seconds....
add in GGP,onions, chili and saute well..then add tomatoes n mix well..add salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and combine well.
cook til tomatoes turns mushy and add boiled paneer cubes and mix carefully...
now add rice and mix carefully..garnish with cilantro.......

If you want a tangy taste add 1 tsp of tomato ketchup ..
with Paneer you can cook like pulav also, and i added paneer pieces directly into the pan...(without boiling)

If you have add pavbhaji masala powder.....it gives a nice flavour and taste to the pulav.......

1.Ricotta beats out the hard cheeses for fat content and overall health benefits and even has advantages over cottage cheese.
2.Use it as a tasty white pizza topping or stuff a chicken breast with it for added calcium. Substitute it in place of cream cheese in dessert recipes or flavor it with orange liqueur and serve it with fresh fruit. It's a tasty, and healthy, alternative.
3.Ricotta cheese is a good source of protein with five to grams in a quarter cup serving.
4.This soft, creamy cheese has almost 130 milligrams of calcium per quarter cup - and is an excellent source of zinc and selenium.
5. Ricotta cheese wins out over its cottage cheese rival when it comes to salt content. Ricotta cheese has almost five times less sodium than cottage cheese - making it an easy choice for anyone watching their blood pressure. Ricotta is also a good source of riboflavin and vitamin B12.
