Wheat flour banana beet root chocolate cake/beets banana chocolate healthy cake with oil/Wheat flour cakes/Butter free cakes/step by step pictures


Is n`t this cake looks delicious??who can say no to this yummy slice??I had already posted banana chocolate cake and beet root chocolate cake..But this is a fusion of three main ingredients and they are banana,beet root and wheat flour.Now tell me..is this cake is healthy or not??. You no need to worry about butter,because it is made with oil and folded in eggs too..Those who don`t have clashes with eggs,can try this cake.Sure,will post vegan version recipe too.

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
BAKING TIME- 35 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED

wheat flour-1 1/2 cups
banana puree-1 cup
beet root puree or pulp-1 cup
eggs-2
cocoa powder-1/4 cup
olive oil or vegetable oil-3/4 cup
baking powder-2 tsp
baking soda-1 tsp
white sugar-1/3 cup

HOW TO BAKE

In a bowl add oil,eggs,banana puree,beet root pulp and mix it..

Then add sugar,baking powder,soda and cocoa powder..Combine well every thing and add flour finally...

Take a tin and apply oil and dust some flour...pour cake batter into tin and tilt it to set it well.

Pre heat oven at 180 degree C.and after 10 minutes place cake tin and bake for 30-35 minutes..

Check it with skewer and if it comes out clean turn off oven..After few minutes shift cake on wire rack and let it cool..

Frost with chocolate butter cream and decorate with grated chocolate and straw berries..




EASY TO DO WITH STEP WISE PICTURES
Apply oil to pan..In a bowl add oil,eggs,beet root puree,banana puree.

Mix and add sugar,cocoa,soda,baking powder

Mix everything well and add wheat flour..dust the tin with flour and pour batter into it..bake until done.



MAHAS NOTES

You can use all purpose flour.

you can use 1/4 cup sugar.but it may not too sweet in taste.

Add fresh beet root pulp.(or) also you can grate it.

Cocoa which I used is not too good,But if you are going to add good brand of cocoa can use only 3 tbsp.
