WHAT YOU NEED

Okra/bhendi/lady`s finger-15
onion-1 big
tomato-1 big
red chili powder
salt
dry kasoori methi leaves-1 tsp
coriander+cumin powders
garam masala-1 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2-1 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
cilantro leaves-few

oil-2 tbsp
mustard seeds-1 tsp
cumin-1 tsp
urad dal-1tsp
red chili-1
hing/asafoetida-2 pinches


HOW TO COOK

Wash okra and wipe with fresh kitchen towel..Chop onion n tomato.Heat a pan with 1tbsp  oil and fry okra..and keep aside.

Heat a skillet with oil and saute ingredients which given under oil..Then saute onions til soft .

Now add tomato and mix..Throw all spice powders and mix well.Add in okra pieces and mix carefully..

Cover with lid and let it cook for 5-6 minutes in medium flame..Stir in between or pour some water on top of the lid to avoid burning from bottom..

Then add kasoori methi and combine every thing finely..Turn of after 2minutes and add cilantro leaves,..
