paneer paratha/paneer masala roti/Easy indian rotis recipes/step by step pictures/Easy indian dinner recipes

It is a paratha which is folded with ricotta cheese which is called paneer in common..It is not a stuffing type of paratha so easy to make really..I love to experiment different paratha recipes with different stuffing and blendings.I used store bought paneer but you can use fresh home made paneer too..
All you need to do is,mix spice powders,paneer in flour and rest for 15 minutes..So,quite simple method and just curd is fine to serve. Try this paratha and serve hot..

PREPARATION TIME- 15  MINUTES
COOKING TIME-20  MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
ricotta cheese/paneer grated-1 cup
red chili powder-1/2 tea spoon
salt-to taste
garam masala-1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
wheat flour-1 cup
all purpose flour/maida-1/2 cup
HOW TO COOK
Grate paneer and take it in a bowl.Add add remaining spices..mix well.
Now add flours and 1 tbsp oil..Mix well like a dough using enough water..
Rest it for 30 minutes and using extra flour,roll it well..
Heat tawa and using oil fry roti both sides...Serve hot with any curry or gravy..
