oats tofu cilantro leaves wheat flour paratha/easy indian flat bread recipes/tofu coriander leaves oats roti/step by step pictures


i think no need to give any ingredients list and preparation.i know this is very simple..


Ingredients

wheat flour-1 cup
all purpsoe flour/maida-1/2 cup
mashed tofu-1/2 cup
oats flour-1/2 cup
cilantro leaves finely chopped-1 handful
red chili powder-to taste
salt
cumin-1 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1tsp
oil-2 tbsps

OIl-FOR PAN FRY


Preparation

Take 3 flours in a bowl add in all the remaining ingrdients..Mix and usng water make it into a soft doug and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.

now divide dough into equal size parts.roll it with rolling pin using  extra white flour.

heat tawa and pan fry it using some oil and flip it other side.cook well both sides..


serve with any curry,pickle,curd or gravy......
