hope every one is busy in diwali preparations..But,Iam not...Yup...Almost I forgotten celebrating festivals here,  after marriage..I do just puja same like regular days..Life changes after marriage and we can`t even think about the turning points which we face..I missed family,friends,studies,fetivals, fun every thing in the starting when I was new to this married life.But,now every thing is fine.Now,Iam the one of the busiest wife and mother in my sweet little home..Time heals the wounds and it helps to forget the past and pains...I strongly believe in time and fate..

Well,coming to the recipe,Iam in the mood of reparing festival goodies on this diwali...Until diwali iam going to share some more easy sweets and snacks recipes.Coming to this..After trying few sweets,thought to try some murukku..But,there was no rice flour in cup board and besan flour packet attracted my eyes...After thinking out well,first planned to make some karasev,but missed that model murukku plate..So,using normal plate tried this murukku..Until deep frying I was confused about the result of murukku.But ,it is very good..this murukku came out very crispy and tasted crunchy.If you are in mood to eat some spicy ,crunchy snacks,try this instead of making regular rice flour murukku..Definitely ,you`ll love it...If your are doing first time,try to make it in small portions,instead of bulk quantities..These kind of deep fried snacks need some patience..so ,after first trail,go with second batch with large quantity of ingredients..careful while frying and enjoy with family..


CATEGORY- SNACKS/DEEP FRIED FRITTERS
PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 30 MINUTES


WHAT YOU NEED

Besan flour/chick pea flour/senaga pindi/gram flour - 1 cup
red chili powder-to taste
salt
hing-2 pinches
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
cumin seeds or powder- 1/2 tsp
ajwain seeds/voma/vamu/carom seeds-1 tsp


HOW TO COOK

Heat around 1/2  litre oil in kadai and take flour in mixing bowl and add all the ingredients one by one which given in the above list..

Then using water make it like a soft dough..Be careful while adding water,other wise dough may turns into mushy..Besan flour don`t need mcuh water like rice flour murukku..

If you add waetr more by mistakenly,add some more flour and prepare soft doubh ball..Now take murukku maker and arrange inside your favorite murukku achhu or plate..

Then place some dough ball and check the oil is hot or not..Then keep flame in medium and press murukku maker in the clock wise direction..

At a time draw 3-4 murukkus in medium size and fry well both sides...Take care of to don`t burn into dark brown..

Then remove on paper to remove excess oil and repeat the process until finishes the dough..

Store them in air tight container box and serve with tea or coffee.
