Chinese style vegetarian schewan fried rice/ How to make schezuan fried rice/Step by step pictures/schezwan cuisine



Easy one pot meals using schezwan sauce...


Ingredients

cooked rice -2cups
onions-1 small
cabbage-1 cup shredded
spring onion-/2 cup
carrot-1
french beans-4
ginger garlic paste(GGP)-1tsp
pepper powder-1tsp
cilantro + mint leaves-few
salt-to taste
garam masala powder-1/2 tsp (optional)
schezwan sauce-2 tbsp
oil-2 tbsps


Preparation

1.cook rice and keep ready..Chop all veggies..

2.heat a pan with oil..add all chopped veggies one by one and saute well.Add GGP,salt and saute once again...Cook til veggies soft..Then add schezwan sauce and mix it.

3.after a minute,add mint,coriander leaves and mix well. Then add pepper powder and fold it in rice..

4.add cooked rice and and combine every thing well.....Serve hot...

MAHAS NOTES

You can add any veggies..

Use left over rice if you have..

adding mint ,cilantro leaves is an optional.

Add schezwan sauce more if you are spice lover.
