Still I cant believe about this recipe??..Such a simple method which need only 5 minutes to make delicious besan laddus without any fuss.oh..My god..This is unbelievable..Can you believe if i says this is the first time I tried with my own measurements..I know..Definitely,you can`t ...Because already there are so many recipes in the web about how to make microwave besan laddu. Even I too searched in web for microwave version laddu recipe and later after confirming that it`s possible to make,went through the making process with my very own quantities and timings..I was not at all confident about the recipe before trying,also I thought that all my ingredients are going to be wasted..But,still dared to make and surprisingly they came out so good.Yes..It`s a short and sweet surprise.The flour smells amazing with rich ghee and powdered helped to bind laddus..These laddus tastes as it is with pan version laddus.So,finally what I want say is, Don`t worry if you missed making diwali sweets.Just go with this microwave version besan laddu recipe.


CATEGORY- MICROWAVE COOKING/EASY SWEETS RECIPES
PREPARATION TIME- 3 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 5 MINUTES


WHAT YOU NEED

Besan flour/senaga pindi -3/4 cup I used (but I feel 1 cup is better)
ghee/clarified butter-1/2 cup
confectionary or powdered sugar-1 cup I used (but 3/4 th cup is better)
cardamom powder-1 tsp
almonds -few


HOW TO COOK

Take microwave  safe bowl and add ghee..Microwave (mine is 800 watts) for 1 minute until it melts..

Then add besan flour and sugar. mix carefully..

Microwave for 3 minutes and remove. mix carefully.. add 1 tbsp more ghee and stir it..Microwave for 2 more minutes..

Now you can feel the besan flour smell n ghee flavor..Add cardamom powder and Mix it well and wait for few minutes..

When the Mixture is warm apply little bit ghee to hands and take soem flour mix and shape it into laddus..

I got 7 medium size laddus..Serve with akra boondi or murukku...

MAHAS NOTES

Each Microwave capacity is different..So,be careful while making the process.

Always check for every 1 minute...First,I kept for 2 minutes and then 3 minutes..

Second time,in the bottom of the bowl little bit mixture was burnt and then carefull I removed the flour mix into other bowl..

So,I feel,4 minutes also is fine for the recipe..

I gave quantities exactly how i followed.But ,the laddus are so sweet and rich in ghee.

So,It`s better to use 1 cup besan flour+1/2 cup ghee+3/4 cup powdered sugar..

in the first pic of collage my ghee looks black,but it is good and fine..Hehehehe

Be careful while choosing microwave safe glass bowl.better to avoid plastic bowls.
