Hi friends..Hope you all doing great..happy weekend too.on this 1st we shifted flat unexpectedly.So,iam quite busy in arranging every thing well.Once after,settle down,will catch you all..Hope this new flat may brings more smiles to me and for my sweet hearts..Mahadev is not too happy in this new home where he don`t have place to play in home and out side..Hahahaha..Kids have feelings and opinions too..parents should value for them..Now DH is quite dull with his new decision..Hmm..Even,my heart was heavy and sad after watching my kids climbing steps..Ya.this apartment don`t have lift..{Sounds silly na ;)}.Now what I understood is,parents works hard for their kids future.they wants to give facilities and luxuries more than they had and enjoyed..Isn`t it true...

Coming to the recipe,Cooking different kind of popular chicken dishes is became like an interest to me.This time,I tried punjab famous patiala chicken.also can call Murgh patiala.It it is a gravy version which can serve with rotis,naan, and parathas..Even with white rice,ghee rice or jeera rice also it goes awesome..There are two methods in making this patiala chicken..This is simple version with onion n tomato purees and other version is with some more spices and ground paste..This simple version is  easy to make n saves time in busy schedule..Try it if you are spicy chicken lover like me..:)


WHAT YOU NEED

Onions-2 medium size
Tomatoes-2 medium size
Chicken drum sticks-900 grams
salt
red chili powder
turmeric pwoder
garam masala
cumin+coriander powders
kasoori methi
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1 tbsp

Oil-2 tbsp
cumin-1 tsp
cloves-3
fennel seeds/sompu-1 tsp
pepper corns-6
cinnamon stick-1 small
staranise
cardamoms-2


HOW TO COOK

Wash chicken 2-3 times and keep aside...Grind oniond into coarse paste..Also,make tomato puree.

Heat pressure cooker with oil and add in ingredients which given under oil..

Saute well and add onion puree..fry well till ra smells out..

Then add tomato puree and mix nicely...Add in chicken now and mix once again..

Add all spice pwoders and Cook it like that for 5 minutes.then cover with lid and cook for 3 whistles. around 12-15 minutes..

Turn off when done and throw some cilantro leaves and chicken masala powder for more flavor if you like ..

Serve hot with rice or roti...:)
