Quick and easy mixed veg chicken pulao/ Spicy chicken veg pulav with bone less chicken/ Indian Rice pulav recipes/ step by step pictures


I posted almost 10+ biriyani recipes til now and few pulav recipes too..Even though,DH don`t likes boneless chicken he prefers it for me in regular grocery shopping..Last time he bought around 2 kgs and instead of cooking regualr old recipes,planned new recipes to try,also I can post in MLH too na...Yup..smart idea ha...:) So,tried schezwan chicken,pepper chicken fry,chilli chicken gravy,garlic chicken fry and this pulao...Hmmmm!!! Is n`t that a big list of new recipes..;) Iam really excited to share the recipes,but what to do,,writing part in the blog makes me lazy and introduction of the each recipes eats my time very badly.Still,Iam not going give up guys..definitely will post all the recipes one by one..Per day only post...Nah..Can`t do more than one..Hehehehe...

O.K.Lets talk little bit about the recipe,Already posted chicken pulao recipe in MLH.But in that used boned thigh pieces and this is done with boneless chicken and some mixed vegetables..It`s completely healthy and very easy to make..No much work,no many vessels,no need much time..If you prepare all the ingredients,the dish may get ready in less than 30 minutes..Here,I took the vegetables which are available in fridge..It`s completely your choice..See,If you are a newer to cooking better to follow exact steps,or If you are experienced cook already then try to make changes in the  recipe,according to your choice..I believe,cooking easy,if you do it with heart.Iam emotional about food..Yup....

Now tell me,it`s sound yummy n easy or not??!!!

#CHICKEN PULAO RECIPE IN TELUGU


CATEGORY- RICE/MAIN COURSE/NON-VEG
PREPARATION TIME- 30+30 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 30 MINUTES


WHAT YOU NEED

Chicken boneless-500 grams
basmati rice- 2 cups
baby carrots-10
frozen peas-1/2 cup
canned sweet corn-1/2 cup
mushrooms canned-1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
potato-1 big
onion-1 big
chopped cilantro leaves-1 cup loosely packed
chopped mint leaves-1 cup loosely packed
lemon juice-1/2 wedge
tomato paste or puree- 2 tbsp
Oil-2 tbsp
cumin-1 tsp
cloves-3
cardamom pod-1
cinnamon stick-1 inch
fennel seeds-1 tsp

SPICE POWDERS

Red chili powder-to taste
salt
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
corainder powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

TO MARINATE CHICKEN

Red chili powder-little bit
salt
lemon juice-1/2 wedge
turmeric powder-little bit



HOW TO COOK 

First,wash chicken well and marinate with given ingredients.let it sit aside for 1 hour atleast.

Then take ehavy bottomed pan and add oil..throw all ingredients and saute them..Next add in onions and saute til brown.

Then add marinated chicken and mix well..Cook it for 5 minutes in high flame..

Then add all the veggies and combine well.Cook for 5 minutes again.

Then add  spice powders and mix well..Add enough water..

Cook for 15 minutes in medium flame..Then add freshlu chopped cilantro and mint leaves..

Mix once..Now, add soaked rice and enough water.Mix...Squeeze lemon juice and throw tomato puree..

Mix again and let it cook til rice done..See.here you should check the water ratio correctly..

Once after done serve with raita,cucumber,onion slices and lemon wedge.

MAHAS NOTES 

I don`t measure while cooking rice or any thing...So,can`t give rice + water ratio..So,please be careful while cooking it...

I can imagine the quantities measurements and can think the result of the reciep while cooking.So,in the same way added water in the recipe and the rice was done perfectly...It`s not too hard or completely soft...

Choosing veggies is your choice..

use tomato chopped instead or puree.Adding lemon is good option for the recipe..

Never forget cilantro and mint in rice biryani/pulav dishes..

Along with water add 1/4 cup of milk or cream for rich taste...It`s workouts...

Add 1/4 cup of curd in chicken marinating...

పెద్ద బంగాళాదుంప-1
పెద్ద ఉల్లిపాయ-1
తరిగిన కొత్తిమీర ఆకులు-1 వదులుగా ప్యాక్ కప్
తరిగిన పుదీనా ఆకులు-1 వదులుగా ప్యాక్ కప్
నిమ్మ రసం -1 / 2 టేబుల్ స్పూన్
టమోటా పేస్ట్ లేదా గుజ్జు: 2 టేబుల్ స్పూన్లు
ఆయిల్-2 టేబుల్ స్పూన్లు
జీలకర్ర-1 tsp
లవంగాలు -3
ఏలకులు -1
దాల్చిన స్టిక్ 1 అంగుళం
సోపు గింజలు-1 tsp

మసాలా పొడులు

మిరప రుచి పొడి-కు
ఉప్పు
జీలకర్ర పొడి-1/2 స్పూన్
ధనియాల పొడి-1/2 స్పూన్
గరం మసాలా-1 tsp
పసుపు-1/2 స్పూన్

చికెన్ marinate కు

రెడ్ మిరప పౌడర్-కొద్దిగా
ఉప్పు - కొద్దిగా
నిమ్మ రసం -1 / 2 టేబుల్ స్పూన్
పసుపు-కొద్దిగా
