Spicy schezwan chicken/ How to make schezuan chicken fry at home/ Step by step pictures/ schezwan chicken using schezwan sauce


Long time back,posted home made schezwan sauce recipe in MLH..To use that planned few recipes and this chicken is in one of them...Indochinese cuisine is loaded with different kinds of sauces..It is little bit spicy and tangy too.When you balance the sauce quantities recipe will be hit..I was the with the result and had it rotis...Try next time for change instead of cooking same old recipes..:)

PREPARATION TIME- 20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 20-25 MINUTES


WHAT YOU NEED

bone less chicken-300 grams
onion-1 big
green bell pepper-1
cabbage finely chopped-1 cup
soya sauce-1 tsp
chili sauce-1 tsp
chili garlic sauce-1 tsp
tomato ketchup-1 tsp
schezwan sauce-1 tbsp
lemon juice-1/2 wedge
salt
black pepper powder-to taste

Oil-2 tbsp
cumin-1 tsp
cloves-2 (optional)

TO MARINATE CHICKEN

Chicken
corn flour-2 tbsp
salt-little bit
pepper powder-little bit
lemon juice-2 tsp



HOW TO COOK

Marinate chicken with given ingredients and rest it for 1-2 hours...Then add 2-3 tbsp oil in pan and saute chicken for 10 minutes. (you can deep fry the chicken if you like)

Take pan and add oil..crackle cumin n cloves..Saute onions til soft,,Then add chopped cabbage and capsicum.Add little bit salt and let it cook til soft..

Then add all sauces one by one and mix eevry thing well..Cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.

Add pan fried chicken and mix well..Cook for 15 minutes in medium flame..Add 2-3 tbsp water in between if it`s burning in the bottom...

Check it..Once when chicken turns soft add pepper powder and combine every thing well...

Serve hot as apptizer along with coke or along with rotis..
