Green mutton curry |Easy Palak mutton curry | Spinach mutton curry | Palakura mutton curry | Palak Gosht | How to make mutton palak curry | Step by step pictures

I prefer to pressure cook the meat every time instead of cooking in a vessel which takes a long time. This mutton curry is simple to cook and tastes good with rice and chapati. This spinach with the mutton combination is really nice and easy to cook. I have used freshly ground puree which gives a nice gravy texture to the dish.
You can use green chilli instead of red chilli powder which gives a strong spice taste to the gravy. Also, depending on the meat quality pressure cook the curry and always cook in medium-low flame to avoid burning in the bottom. Try this next time and serve hot.
