WHAT YOU NEED

TO PRESSURE COOK
Mutton boned-1/2 kg
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp


SPICE POWDERS
red chili powder- 2 tsps or acc to taste
salt
cumin + coriander powders- 1+1 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp

TO GRIND
cilantro leaves finely chopped- few
onion-1 big
tomato-1 big

spinach pulp-1 cup


oil-3-4 tbsp

cumin-1 tsp
cloves-5-6
dry red chili-2 big
black pepper corns-6-8
cinnamon stick-1 inch
green cardamom pods-3




HOW TO COOK


Wash mutton 3-4 times and with 1 one cup of water take it into pressure cooker...Add GGP,turmeirc powder and cook 5 whistles or 20 minutes..Then wait til it cools.. mean while take chopped onion,tomato,spinach pulp in jar and grind into fine pulp...

Now heat fresh pressure cooker again add oil and fry whole spices which given under oil..Saute til brown and spinach puree mixture..Fry for 5 minutes in medium flame...

Then add mutton and mix well..after 5 minutes add in all spice powders,GGP,turmeric powder and mix once again...Pressure cook this for 10 minutes again and turn off..

Mutton takes long time to cook,so depending on the mutton pieces size and quality cook the curry...Here,exact 30 minutes of time is fine for me...It`s perfectly cooked....

Serve hot with rice along with  lemon wedge...
