Bread crumbs are on the most useful yet basic ingredient which need in deep frying recipes or snacks recipes.It is a not a recipe actually but a basic needed option to finish a recipe.I heard that store bought bread crumbs are costly also may not be fresh so thought to share home made method which is helpful..Using dry bread slices any one can make bread crumbs at home easily.

WHAT YOU NEED

Bread slices wheat/brown or white bread- 5-6


HOW TO COOK


Take fresh or left over bread slices in a plate and let dry them in sun shade for few minutes or 1 hour maximum..



Then cut them into pieces and using jar blend into coarse powder.Pour the homemade bread crumbs into a freezer bag or air tight jar.

Push excess air from a bag and seal.Store the container of bread crumbs made from fresh bread in the refrigerator for one week,Use to coat any deep fried balls or in any other recipes which you like..
