3 minutes Microwave Double Chocolate Cake | Microwave butter less Chocolate Cake | Microwave Cake Recipes


When there was no microwave in home,felt that Iam missing microwave recipes,,but after welcoming microwave into kitchen,postponing the recipes every time..Hehehehe!!!! Sunday is the day which forces me to use microwave often...Before last sunday,after finishing lunch tempted to eat some thing sweet and my microwave helped me to make this beautiful cake.
.It`s a rich double chocolate cake which is gets ready in 3 minutes..But,it depends on microwave capacity,so,its better to keep an eye per every minute..If you are searching for more microwave recipes please check these recipes.

COOKING TIME- 3-5 MINUTES



WHAT YOU NEED

All purpose flour | plain flour - 4 tbsp
Baking powder -1/4 tsp
cocoa powder -4 tbsp OR 3 tbsp
brown sugar - 4tbsp
1- egg
olive oil  or vegetable oil -1 tbsp
 vanilla extract -1 tsp
3% fat milk - 3 tbsp
any chocolates (I used a one for this recipe)


HOW TO COOK

In a bowl take sugar,cocoa,flour,baking powder in a bowl..Add in vanilla,oil,milk,egg and beat every thing nicely..

Now take a microwave safe bowl and apply oil well..Pour this cake batter and  put chocolates in the middle and microwave for 3 minutes..

My microwave is 600 watts and it was ready in 3 minutes..So,depending on your microwave capacity you cake will get ready..It`s better to check for every minute...

Check with tooth pick and if it comes out clean,cake is ready..Let it cool and sprinkle some chocolate vermicelli on top and enjoy..
