Hyderabadi style egg korma for rice and rotis

WHAT YOU NEED

 boiled eggs - 3-5
 tomatoes finely chopped -2 big
 onions finely chopped -2 medium size
 oil- 2-3  tbsp
 cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
 ginger garlic paste-1/2 tbsp
green chillies-2 chopped
 mustard seeds-1/2 tsp

salt-to taste
chopped cilantro to garnish
curd-1/3 cup

TO GRIND INTO FINE PASTE

Cashews-6
almonds-6
coconut powder-1/4 cup
poppy seeds-1 tbsp
water-1/3 cup

HOW TO COOK
Take the ingredients which given under to grind in blender and blend  into fine paste with water..Fry onions in pan with 1 tbsp of oil and grind along with above mixture.Add 1/4 cup water if you want .Make a puree of tomatoes..

Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard, cumin seeds ,cloves,cardamoms,cinnamon stick..


Then add  green chillies &GGP and saute well.. Add in ground onion puree and saute for 5 minutes.Add the tomato puree and saute for another 3- 4 minutes on low flame.


Then add all the masala powders and saute for 10 minutes on low flame til the oil comes out...

Add in boiled eggs which are sliced into half pieces..Stir once.Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix.Turn off.


Take the gravy to a dish .And serve hot with white rice,rotis,pulkas or naan.
