Eggless Banana Marble Cake | Wheat flour banana marble Cake | Healthy cakes for kids | Banana Cakes | Wheat flour baking


I have posted lots of cakes recipes in Mahaslovelyhome til now...Also I have shared some egg less cakes,butter less cakes too..Banana is a very good,easy ,healthy ingredient in baking which gives a delicious taste and nice texture in cakes..DH loves bananas and he prefers to eat directly instead of this kind of cakes or cup cakes..heheheh..But..This bad girl (me) always throws all bananas into my baking recipes..I don`t like to bake only one item.So,one day when I placed fish in oven for my kids,oven looked empty...when Iam thinking to bake a cake,bananas attracted my eyes,but there was no eggs in fridge..So,without making late browsed in net and marble cake hooked with me...But,my bad luck,the cocoa which I used is very poor in quality and there was no good difference in between plain and cocoa batters...I was upset with the look,but was happy with the texture and taste...Cake was so tasty,with banana flavor and baked evenly..If you use best brand cocoa cake gives wonderful  look and it`s one of the best cake for kids and egg allergic people :)

WHAT YOU NEED

Bananas ripen- 1 1/2 cup
sugar-1/2 cup
wheat flour-1 1/4 cup
baking powder-1 tsp
salt-pinch
vanilla extract-1 tsp
cocoa powder-1/4 cup
olive oil-1/4 cup


HOW TO BAKE

Preheat oven at 200 degree C...Grease cake tin with oil or butter well..Then sprinkle some flour and coat it in all sides..

Now take oil,vanilla,banana puree,salt,sugar in a bowl and mix until sugar dissolves..

In another bowl sift flour,baking soda,baking powder and add this into wet mixture..

Combine every thing well and separate the half batter into another bowl.Add cocoa to the second mixture and fold it nicely..

Now in the cake tin first plain cake batter with some gaps and in the gaps fill the cocoa batter..Means alternatively add both batter in the tin..

Now with a tooth pick swirl the batter carefully..Bake for 35-40 minutes..Check with tooth pick or knife.If the tooth pick comes out clean cake is ready.

Let it cool for few more minutes and serve with milk...
