WHAT YOU NEED

black eyed beans-1 -1/2 cup
mushrooms-1 cup
coconut milk-1/2 cup
tomato puree-1 cup
red chili powder-to taste 
salt-to taste
garam masala-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
cumin seeds-1 tsp
hing-2-3 pinches 
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
chopped onion-1 small
cilantro leaves chopped-fist ful
oil-2 tbsp


HOW TO COOK

Wash Black Eyed Beans well and soak in enough water for over night..next day morning pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.Its depended on flame.If the flame is low may takes 10-12 minutes time to cook..But don`t cook too mushy..Now wait until it release air..

Heat pan and add oil...Saute cumin,onions and fry ...Add in tomato puree and mix well..

Throw all spice powders and mix every thing...Cook for 5 minutes in medium flame, add in mushrooms.mix.Then throw pressure cooked lobia..

Add in 1/3 cup water,mix and put lid and cook for 5 minutes.Now add in milk and once again fold every thing,Cook for 5 minutes in medium flame..

Finally throw cilantro leaves..mix and serve piping hot with rotis,rice..
