Mint Chicken Curry | Pudina Chicken | Easy Chicken Curry Recipes | South Indian Easy Chicken Curry Recipes | Pressure Cooker Chicken Curries

Though I have started eating non-veg on hubby darling force, felt very irritating to eat and cook in the starting, but after passing the days, slowly started liking and now,non-veg become one of my favorite food.Every time in our grocery shopping chicken also takes place in the list and I love to try new varieties always instead of cooking same old recipes.Usually I prefers to cook traditional, popular recipes.so, one day when I planned to cook chicken, there was no time to search out the recipes.Instead of wasting time just searched out the fridge and got a big mint leaves bunch..Like,cilantro leaves, mint also my favorite which I love to fold in recipes mostly..
So,for a variation tried mint chicken curry..Mint is the main ingredient in the recipe, and the remaining ingredients and spices are very simple..There is no grinding,no masala pastes,no roasting powders.Throw all one by one and pressure cook for three whistles and its done..It`s a perfect for dish for rotis, naan and tastes bet with white rice too.. :)
