Radish Curd Raita | Mullangi Perugu Pachadi | Easy Radish Recipes | Curd Raita Recipes For Rice And Rotis


mullangi perugu pachhadi or radish curd raita.is one of the healthy raita which can prepare in minutes with white radish.I often makes curd raitas in lunch menu instead of serving plain yogurt..This raita sounds innovative but tastes really good.I have another radish simple raita too,will post soon.If you don`t like radish or if any one avoids radish in home,try this raita to feed them..Definitely,they love it..:)

Ingredients

radish-1 (small)
thick curd-2 cups
green chillies-3 (optional)
coriander leaves-few chopped
salt-to taste

TO TEMPER

mustard seeds-1 tsp
oil-2 tbsp
cumin-1tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp (optional)
hing/inguva podi -2 pinches
dry red chilli-2 big
curry leaves-few

If you don`t use green chili use 4-5 red chili... Adjust according to your taste.


Preparation

1.wash well and grate  radish.take this into a bowl add some water and salt.boil it for 5 minutes.

2.after it cools squeeze out the water and take this into another bowl.

3.now add curd and finely chopped cilantro,green chillies and salt to taste.

4. In a kadai prepare temper/popu/tadka with tempering items which given under table.add it to the raita.

Mix well and serve with rice along with curry or fry recipes. Tasty mullangi perugu pachhadi is ready..
