It is one of my favorite dish in college days..Amma annoys some times when I asks every sunday for brain fry..Though it is a simple and easy recipe, I love it and happy to share with you all in Mahaslovelyhome. Brain fry is a hot and spicy dish which can take it like appetizer..This recipe needs lots of powders,of course non-veg tastes best when you add all spice powders perfectly.
Also they gives a strong spicy taste to the fry and you can cook in less than 15 minutes..If you are a pure non-vegetarian must try this simple,delicious dish without any late..N finally,Don`t forget to share with us,If you have tried any recipes of Mahaslovelyhome..Thank you..:)

PREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED

Goat brain-1 
ginger garlic paste-1/2 tbsp
onion-1 medium size finely chopped
garam masala-1/2 tsp 
 red chili  powder-1 tsp
salt -to taste
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Cardamom-2
Cinnamon-1 inch pieces-2
Cloves-3

cumin-1 tsp
oil-3 tbsp
finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves


HOW TO COOK

Take brain in a bowl and wash well.You can boil it for 5 minutes to remove dirt.But,i washed 2-3 times well and skipped boiling..It`s your choice..

Take pan,add oil,,Fry whole garam masala spices for a minute and add ginger garlic paste,onion and saute til brown in color...You can add few table spoons of water to avoid burning in the bottom..

Then add turmeric powder,red chili  powder,salt and cook for half minute..Now throw in brain,all spice powders and mix carefully..

Cover with lid and cook in low flame for  8-10 minutes,Don`t mix it often,you may lose the good look and texture of fry..

If the brain pieces are big in size takes 10 minutes like mine,or if you are using small size brain pieces may takes only 5-8 minutes..

We are adding brain after frying onions well,so,it don`t takes much time to cook.After 10 minutes add in finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves and mix once again carefully..Turn off , squeeze lemon juice and serve hot.
