 Again another dessert of Mango.My love on mangoes never ends and I love to create innovative desserts with different combinations.This time,iam sharing one of the popular dessert of mango which is very easy to make and a wonderful dessert to enjoy any time...I found agar agar recently in grocery store..
But ,I was not at all confident while using that agar agar and was thinking that my whole food stuffs going to be wasted..But,surprisingly it came out very well..This single serving mango cheese cakes glasses are very delicious and the process also so simple..put every thing together,mix and arrange in layers,wait for few hours to set then enjoy chilled cheese cake..Totally,an awesome tasty easy cheese cake it is,next time when u get some sweet mangoes don`t forget to try out..

WHAT YOU NEED

mango pulp- 1 cup
*WARM water -1/4 cup minus 1 tbsp
agar agar -1 tsp
cream -1/2 cup
powdered sugar -1/3 cup
cream cheese -1/4 cup
any biscuits (not salted) -10
almonds/tutti fruttis-few for garnishing

single serving glasses to set/serve



HOW TO COOK


Chop mango blend into puree and strain it if you like.In warm water add agar agar and mix until it dilutes. keep this aside..Grind biscuits into coarse powder using mixy jar or crush them in zip lock bag 

In a mixing bowl take cream cheese beat it or using fork make it soft and smooth.Then add cream,sugar and mix well.

Now pour this in mixing bowl and fold in 1/3 cup of mango pulp too..Mix nicely once more.

In 1/2 cup of  mango pulp add in agar agar mixture and stir well..

Now in serving glasses layer the biscuit crust first..Press it well then layer the cheese mango mixture and agar agar+mango mixture.

On top of it,I pour in 1 tbsp of plain mango pulp in each glass (its optional)..But.totally 3 layers.Now add some chopped almonds/tutti fruttis on top...Refrigerate it for over night or at least 1-2 hours..Serve chilled
