Walnut Mixed Fruit Salad | Fruit Salad For Weight Loss | Quick And Easy Fruit Salad Recipes For Weight loss | Diet Recipes

WHAT YOU NEED

orange juice- 2 1/2 -3 tablespoons

raisins-1/4 cup

apples -2 small

banana-2 small

papaya cut into very fine pieces-2 cups

kiwi-2 small- optional

pears-2 small or 1 big

walnuts-toasted and coarsely chopped- 3/4 cup

extra-virgin olive oil- 1 tablespoon


Salt and freshly ground black pepper -to taste

HOW TO COOK

In a large bowl whisk together  orange juice and raisins.


Chop all the fruits into fine/equal size pieces. Add fruit and walnuts to a bowl and drizzle with

 oil. Toss well to combine.


 Season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Refrigerate minimum 1/2 hour before serving.
