Pineapple Kheer | Pineapple Payasam | Anasa payasam | Pineapple pudding in Indian Style | Quick and easy Pineapple Desserts


This is an own creation of mine,which I tried according my taste..Here I used very simple ingredients and process also so easy which can finish in less than 10 minutes...It is a super simple dessert to enjoy or to serve for sudden guests...Pineapple is an unique fruit in the fruit world with sweet n tangy taste..But,in this recipe you can enjoy pineapple chunks happily along with flavor...
I have given few important points below the recipe which are useful to follow.So,don`t miss until the end of the post..Try it if you like pineapple,with little bit careful and enjoy...

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 15 MINUTES


WHAT YOU NEED

milk-1 - 1/2 cup
raisins,almonds-few
pineapple chunks-1 cup
sugar-1/3 cup (acc to your taste)
dry ginger powder-1/2 tsp
ghee-1 tbsp



HOW TO COOK

Boil  milk and keep aside.

Heat a non stick pan with ghee and fry raisins,almonds until golden brown color and remove on a plate... Now in the same pan add 1/4 cup of water and let it boil..

Add in pineapple chunks and cook for 2-3 minutes..Add in sugar and mix well.Cook for 3-5 minutes in medium flame and turn off..

Now add in warm milk and mix nicely...Finally sprinkle some dry ginger powder and stir it...Add in fried nuts and serve warm or cold..



MAHAS NOTES

You can replace fresh pineapple with canned one also.

Always add milk after turning off the stove/gas

Milk should be warm only not too hot.may curdle other wise..

Adjust sugar quantity as per your taste and also acc to milk quantity..

Dry ginger powder is important in the recipe which enhances he flavor and taste of the kheer..
