5 Minutes No-Bake Microwave Caramel Custard | Easy Caramel Custard Recipes | Quick and Easy Microwave Desserts | How to Make Creme Caramel Pudding In Microwave


Caramel custard is one of my favorite dessert which i love to make and eat always..Even,in foz restaurants also,this is one of the popular dessert which they serves without fail.Generally,the milk based custard is famous every where,but on my own interest til now,I have tried innovative flavors like coconut,coffee,mango and banana too..
Already I posted all the four recipes in Mahaslovelyhome with tempting pictures and they are super perfectly oven baked recipes with exact measurements and step wise pictures.Few days back,when Iam in mood to make some dessert thought to try microwave version custard.So,tried this simple recipe which needs only 5 minutes to finish.When you are feeling to eat some thing sweet try this super quick dessert and enjoy..:)


QUICK AND EASY CARAMEL CUSTARD/FLAN RECIPES







CATEGORY- DESSERTS/POSTRES/SWEETS
PREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 5-7 MINUTES


WHAT YOU NEED

egg-1
white sugar-1 tbsp
3% fat milk-150 ml or 2/3 cup
vanilla extract-1 tsp
Caramel Sauce- I used store bought bottle 


To Prepare Caramel Sauce
sugar-1 tsp
water- 1 tsp
hot water-1 tsp



HOW TO COOK

Prepare Caramel Sauce

Combine sugar and water in a microwavable glass bowl. Heat it (uncovered) at {600 watts} for 2 minutes until it melts and gets brown color. cooking time depends on the microwave even the wattage is the same.

Quickly mix hot water, spoon it into center of microwavable glass dish, and set aside.


How to prepare Custard Pudding

Combine egg and sugar, add milk and vanilla extract, and beat well.Strain and pour on top of the caramel.


Put the pudding cups in a microwavable container with water. (I used medium size tart mould)Make sure water is filled up to the level of the pudding and does not spill over into the pudding. Then cover the whole thing with a plastic wrap.{But,I skipped covering}


Microwave at 600 watts for 5-7 minutes, until it begins to bubble. My cooking time was 5 minutes but please watch out after 5 minutes since the cooking time depends of the microwave even the wattage is the same.


 Leave to stand for about 5 minutes. Then serve warm or put in the fridge to serve cold.





IMPORTANT POINTS

Always use microwave safe bowl and plate..

Whisk egg well,other wise custard won`t gets a good texture in the final result.

Take care after 5 minutes,other wise it may burns.

If it looks too thin and liquid state cook in microwave for 2 more minutes..Also,cover with aluminium foil before microwaving.
