Easy Eggless Butterless Moist Chocolate Coffee Cake | Soft n Fluffy Choco Coffee Cake | Low Calorie Moist Chocolate Cakes | Butter free & Glutenfree Cakes


Chocolate coffee cake which is eggless..This egg free cake is folded with white flour but you can go for wheat flour too.

COOKING TIME- 30-35 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED

All Purpose Flour - 1 cup +
Baking Powder - ½ tsp
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 6 tbsp
Granulated Sugar - ¾ cup
Vegetable oil - ½ cup ( I used olive oil)
Hot Coffee - ¼ cup (1 tsp of coffee in ¼cup hot water)
Milk - ¼ cup, room temp
orange juice-1/4 cup - fresh* OR Yogurt - ¼ cup, room temp 
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

(If you don`t want to add orange juice, add 1/4 cup more yogurt)


HOW TO BAKE

Preheat oven at 200 C.Grease cake tin with oil or butter and sprinkle flour in all sides.Mix hot water with coffee and let it cool.


Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda,baking powder in a bowl.



In a mixing bowl add coffee mixture,olive oil,orange juice,milk,yogurt and combine well..


Now add this wet ingredients with dry ones and mix well with a spatula. The batter will not be very thick.and do not over mix.

Pour this batter in cake tin and bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let it cool down..slice it and serve with milk or you can frost with chocolate butter cream.




MAHAS NOTES

You can replace white flour with wheat flour

orange juice is optional.So,if you want omit add 1/4 cup extra yogurt.

can use brown sugar.
