Indian Style Mushroom Chicken Curry | Spicy Mushroom Chicken Masala Curry For Rotis | Quick and Easy Chicken Curries without Curd


This is a simple chicken curry which is a good combination with rotis/parathas or pulkas.Mostly I cooks chicken drum sticks but this time,used boneless chicken..For a combination this time added some canned mushrooms..
This fusion is so good and perfect..If you are bored with same old regular method recipes,try this and serve hot with rotis.

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 30 MINUTES


WHAT YOU NEED

Boneless chicken-250 grams
onions-2 medium size
Tomato-1 big

TO MARINATE CHICKEN

oil-1 tbsp
red chili powder-2 tsps
salt-to taste
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1 tbsp
garam masala-1 tsp
cumin+coriander powders-1/2 tsp+1/2 tsp

To Temper

Cumin seeds-1 tsp
cloves-3
cinnamon stick-1 inch
green cardamom pod-1
star Anise-1 small


HOW TO COOK

Marinate chicken with mentioned above ingredients.Rest it for over night or minimum 1-2 hours..

Now turn on heat under a thick vessel or non stick pan and add all ingredients which given to temper..Saute for a minute and add chopped onions,GGP..Cook for 2 minutes in medium flame.

Add in marinated chicken and saute well in oil,cook  for 15 minutes in medium flame,if you want too spice add some more spice powders and cook...

Add in chopped tomato,mushrooms and mix well..Add in 1/4 cup of water and cook for 10-12 minutes in medium flame..

Throw in garam masala and cilantro leaves finally and turn off...
